1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing this website, requesting services, scheduling work, or making payment to Gass Home Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Gass Home Services provides residential and light commercial services including, but not limited to:
• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Fertilization and light weed treatment
• Interior house cleaning
• Exterior window cleaning
• Fence slat repair
• Drywall patch and minor repairs
• Gutter cleaning
• Garage cleaning
• Truck hauling (junk removal or for-hire hauling)
• Hurricane and storm yard cleanup
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and safety considerations.
3. SERVICE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
All services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
• We do not perform structural work, licensed electrical, plumbing, roofing, or permitted construction unless explicitly stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or materially different from what was represented.
• Excessive debris, overgrowth, biohazards, animal waste, or hazardous materials may result in additional charges or service refusal.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING SERVICES
Subscription services are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Subscription pricing assumes regularly maintained properties
• Missed visits due to weather, access issues, or customer request do not automatically result in refunds
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice due to fuel costs, labor costs, or scope changes
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
• Payment is due upon completion for one-time services unless otherwise agreed
• Subscription payments are billed automatically
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
We reserve the right to charge late fees or collection costs where permitted by law.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
• Provide safe access to the property
• Secure pets during service visits
• Remove personal items from work areas
• Disclose underground utilities, irrigation systems, or fragile items
We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or improperly installed items.
7. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or events beyond our control. This includes hurricanes and severe storms common to Florida.
8. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
While we take reasonable care, you agree that:
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage
• Minor incidental damage related to normal service operations is not grounds for full refunds
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for documentation or marketing. No identifying information will be shared without consent.
10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for:
• Non-payment
• Unsafe conditions
• Abuse or harassment of staff
• Repeated access issues
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, logos, text, and materials are the property of Gass Home Services and may not be used without written permission.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Florida.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
